Returned bottles are first carefully sorted and checked for cracks and breakage. Only bottles that meet integrity standards are reused and stacked into state-of-art industrial washers. They are cleaned multiple times, before being thoroughly rinsed and sprayed. The integrity of the bottles is checked again and any cracked or broken bottles are removed.
