Gerolstein, 12th September 2007. The spokesman of the management of the Gerolsteiner Brunnen GmbH & Co. KG, Jörg Croseck who had asked last month for abolishment of his employment contract, resigned from office in accordance to the advisory board of the company. At the request of the advisory board, Dr. Peter Traumann will provisionally continue the business of Mr. Croseck until a successor is found.
At present, Dr. Peter Traumann is chairman of the board of executives of the Association of German sources as well as he is member of the board of executives of the confederation of the German nutrition industry. Since his retirement from the Gerolsteiner management in the year 2002, Dr. Traumann supported the Gerolsteiner advisory board. That?s the reason why he is in faith with the strategic adjustment of the company and stands together with Ulrich Rust (technology) and Joachim Schwarz (commercial management) for consistency in the management.
