Notice: New York State Residents - NYSHD Permit Number Removal from Gerolsteiner Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
The New York State Department of Health ("NYSHD") regulates bottled water and issues a permit number that must appear on labels of regulated bottled water products distributed in New York. Due to a labeling requirement, the NYSHD permit number will no longer appear on labels of Gerolsteiner Sparkling Natural Mineral Water. These include all product package sizes. This requirement has no impact on the quality, healthfulness or safety of our products. We have assured the NYSHD that products manufactured after April, 30 2011 will no longer bear the NYSHD permit number on the label.
